Changes
We make every effort to accommodate changes in camper enrollment.
All requests for changes must be communicated in writing to info@oursanctuary.org
All changes in enrollment are dependent upon availability.
Waitlists
Once a session has reached its maximum enrollment, a waitlist is created for that specific program session.
There is no cost to remain on a waitlist.
If an opening becomes available, families are contacted in the order in which they were added to the waitlist.
Discounts
The following discounts will be applied to qualifying campers upon enrollment:
Sibling Discount: Families registering more than one camper will receive a $70 discount (10%) off the second and each subsequent sibling’s total registration fee.
Conditions For Participation
Eco-Circus Summer Camp strives to offer a group experience and opportunities for learning within the boundaries of safety and well-being for all participants. We reserve the right to terminate the participation of any camper, without refund and without formal hearing, if we determine in our discretion the camper or their parent/caregiver has violated the conditions for participation or has become a hindrance to the goals of the program.
Run away to join the circus and be home in time for dinner.
Exercise happens naturally in play. Play is a backdoor to discipline. Under the big top, there is a place for everyone. The more we concentrate, the more fun we have.
The Sanctuary
The Sanctuary is a 40-acre land trust in East Haddam, CT.
We have a yurt, big meadows, gardens, forest and beaver ponds for our community to enjoy.
